 Kevin had just returned to New Jersey from a show in Vancouver when he planned to pop the question. Kevin says: “It was tough performing last night, knowing that I was going to ask the biggest question in my life to the most amazing girl in the world.” Kevin got down on one knee on Danielle’s doorstep early Wednesday morning and she was thrilled. “She said yes, yes, yes like 500 times super fast in a row,” Kevin says. Nick and Joe on their Twitter page said: “Congrats big brother…..Dani welcome to the family, we can’t wait to have you join us on the road!”

Mischa Barton and some friends were enjoying an evening at a club in London when Mischa decided to drag one of the girls into the ladies room. The problem was that she tried to get both herself and her friend into one stall. The bathroom attendant insisted that she move to another one by herself. Though she appeared “pissed,” the train-wreck went to the other stall solo, but they sure had a hard time trying to get her out! She looked slightly worse for wear as she attempted to apply her make-up.” Don’t you dare say “she was sick”! Let’s not be oblivious, she was obviously snorting cocaine off the toilet-seat, because she left and headed to Bungalow 8, another club in Mayfair. What the hell else was she doing in a bathroom stall for so long? Train-wreck Coke Whore! No wonder she’s so skinny!

Reports say: Kodak flew him to New York, hoping to get him an audience with Fox on the “Today” show, which had booked her for a segment Friday. But Fox was bumped after Michael Jackson’s death, and she’s since returned to LA. A source tells Page Six, “Kodak basically put this kid on a plane on the off-chance that he’d get to meet her. They never even confirmed with ‘Today.’ Now they’re offering him around for interviews. It’s exploitative and creepy.” A rep for “Today” says, “Harvii was never scheduled to appear and we don’t plan to have him on.”
