Alice in Wonder-Ful!!!

November 20th, 2009 by Celebrity Gossip Blog

On a much lighter note, as mentioned yesterday, Tim Burton is the remedy for all things mundane. So we’re way too excited when he collaborated with Disney & Co. to remake the classic ‘Alice in Wonderland’.

We’ve all heard of movie teasers but this is just ridiculous. Even though the release isn’t until 2010, the images of Johnny Depp as Mad Hatter, Anne Hathaway as the White Queen and Helena Bonham Carter as The Red Queen are making us dance in our pants.

Genius!

Super Model Tragedy

November 20th, 2009 by Celebrity Gossip Blog

Daul Kim, a twenty-year-old model, was found dead in her lush Paris apartment this morning. Her agency NEXT released this statement:

“She was a top model and a great friend to all of us at Next. Please respect her family’s privacy at this time of sadness. We will all miss her very much.”

The cause of death is still under investigation, however many who need knew Daul well speculate suicide.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends.

Kelly Osbourne Robs The Cradle

November 20th, 2009 by Celebrity Gossip Blog

So…was I the only one who thought Kelly Osbourne’s fiancee, Luke Worrell, looked “under-age?” Well that would be because he is. The daughter of the Prince of Blackness has announced that she will postpone her wedding until her beau is of legal drinking age in America.

That’s right. He’s not even 21 yet. (Pause for reaction…)

I guess she’s getting her Cougar on earlier, huh?!

MOMA Honors Tim Burton

November 19th, 2009 by Celebrity Gossip Blog

About time!

The greatest remedy for Hollywood’s mainstream uniformity is the imagination of Mr. Tim Burton. And finally after being overlooked for so long, he was honored at The MoMa Benefit last evening. In attendance were celebrities like The Olsen Twins, Johnny Depp (of course, the muse), Tim’s main squeeze Helena Bonham Carter, Danny Devito, Zac Posen, Brooke Shields and Rose Byrne, among others.

Really, Miley?!?!

November 18th, 2009 by Celebrity Gossip Blog

There are hoards of tweens, teens, adults, celebrities and normal folk, alike, anxiously awaiting the premier of the Twilight saga, ‘New Moon’. Me included.

So naturally, it comes as a bit of a shock to know that one famous pop-tart doesn’t like nor intends on seeing anything Twilight. (Pause for reaction…) In a radio interview, Miley Cyrus had no problem expressing her distaste for the pop culture phenomenon.

“I don’t believe in it,” she says. “I don’t like vampires. … I don’t like the wolf that pops out of the screen when I’m watching my TV at night. I don’t like it. I don’t want anything to do with it. I don’t like the shirts. I don’t like any of it.”

Blasphemy!

Gone but Never Forgotten

November 18th, 2009 by Celebrity Gossip Blog

JoeX2, graffiti artist and long time friend of the late DJ AM, made a lasting tribute by designing a billboard, that sits above Travis Barker’s Famous Stars and Straps shop, in LA.

It reads “In Loving Memory of DJ AM.”

He will continue to be missed.

The Grammy’s VS. The Lady

November 18th, 2009 by Celebrity Gossip Blog

What exactly comes to mind when you think of the Grammy’s best new artist category? If you’ve been living under a rock for the past year and a half, your answer probably wouldn’t be Lady Gaga. But for the rest of civilization, Gagaloo is thee very best new artist of the year. Bar none!

Of course, the old farts on the Grammy Board think otherwise. Because she was nominated last in year in one category, she’s allegedly not qualified for nomination this year. That’s bull if ever I heard it. We love you Gaga!!!

Maybe Kanye will interrupt some undeserving artist for you!

Beef…Spence Pratt Style!

November 17th, 2009 by Celebrity Gossip Blog

Still not exactly sure why, but this story makes for good blogging.

Due to a scheduling conflict on The Today Show, the interview betwixt Speidi (Spencer & Heidi) and Al Roker was cancelled. Of course being to the moncho man that we all know Spencer is, he did what any self-respecting man would do. He tweeted.

The barrage of insults spanned from his battling weight lose to his martial status to his children.

All for a cancelled interview?  And inquiring minds want to know, what the hell did you of all the interesting human beings in the world, have to discuss so badly on The Today’s Show?

Tila Ta-Kill-Ya

November 17th, 2009 by Celebrity Gossip Blog

This is rare; celebrity domestic violence. You hardly ever hear about such this things…

Reality tart, Tila Tequila, finally has her lawsuit against ex-boyfriend NFL linebacker, Shawne Merriman under way. Last September Tequila filed a lawsuit against Merriman for battery and assault. According to TMZ, Tila claims Shawne grabbed her, shook her like a doll, and threw her down to start choking her during an argument.

We guess he was quite pissed about Tila’s public bi-sexuality. That can’t make for good locker room conversations.
In the lawsuit, Tila’s lawyer, Cyrus Nownejad, included a photos showing the disparity in height and weight (Tila — 4′11″, 93 lbs. Shawne — 6′4″, 280 lbs). The photos also show bruising on her arms, which Tila says is courtesy of Shawne.

Amy Wino Hospitalized For Medication Cocktail

November 16th, 2009 by Celebrity Gossip Blog

Trying to make you go where? Rehab? You? Never.

So after a fun-filled evening of displaying new tits at London’s SoHo House, Miss Wino found herself in a hospital bed.

I guess Wino didn’t get the memo about mixing NyQuil, cocaine and buttery nipple shots. “Amy took over-the-counter stuff for a cold but it didn’t agree with medication she takes for her on-going recovery,” said a friend. “A doctor came to the house and advised her to go the hospital to make sure she was all right.”

Right….

Sex Sells

November 16th, 2009 by Celebrity Gossip Blog

The disgraced ex-beauty queen Miss Carrie Prejean is really making a name for herself. Granted, she’s not a celebrity yet but if she keeps it up, she’ll be on Kim Kardashian status.

With the reimbursement of her fake boobs and the leak of her solo sex tape, Carrie is rather strapped for cash these days. However, we’ve learned that VIVID is presenting an offer, even the biblically incorrect can’t refuse. In a letter to Carrie’s lawyer, VIVID’s head honcho, Steven Hirsch, wants all rights to distribute the solo sex tape as well as all photos linking the footage. “We would like to present Carrie with several options where she could certainly earn millions of dollars,” he bribes.

Even God knows money’ll run out some day, Carrie.
