TMZ has confirmed Nicole Richie is pregnant.  The father is Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden.
Richie is currently facing DUI charges.  Her trial is scheduled for next week.  If convicted, she faces a minimum of five days in jail. 
 

 
Nicole Richie is reportedly shopping around for a wedding dress.  According to 24Sizzler, since her boyfriend, Joel Madden, will be busy performing with Good Charlotte this weekend, but has a window of time after that until July 10th, the couple might get hitched around that time.

So she doesn’t eat OR drink?! Nicole Richie didn’t drink this weekend while at a Yves Saint Laurent pool party.  This further validates the rumors that she’s pregnant. That poor kid is gonna need a lot of help!

Did Nicole finally decide to eat something or is she carrying a malnutritioned baby around? Or perhaps she stuffed some granny panties with lots of tissues to avoid the possible jail time for her upcoming trial? Only time will tell!
