Ashlee Simpson was spotted … and photographed … hanging out with Fergie recently. The twosome was coyly shying away from the photogs, playing the “don’t photograph me, but I’m going to look adorable while I’m trying to look annoyed” card. I’m just so darn perplexed as to how this friendship blossomed? Seriously, what do these two have in common?
