Francis In Chains
My day hasn’t really been going all that well, until TMZ posted these shots of “Girls Gone Wild” producer Joe Francis in chains as cops escorted him to Federal Court in Panama City, Fla. earlier today.
Somehow, the sight of a douchebag who made millions taking advantage of girls taking off their clothes on camera shackled up like a common criminal made me feel like there is justice in the world after all. And unlike the girls in his videos, he seems to be a wee bit shy as photographers have a field day shooting him, covering his face with a folder the whole time.
Anyway, the pornographer pleaded guilty to one count of criminal contempt, and, according to People, was sentenced to 35 days in jail. Life without parole would have sounded better, but never mind that. He’ll still be facing tax evasion charges in Reno, and that’s when the fun really begins.
