Joe Francis To Do An Al Capone

Joe Francis

The good news, it seems, just keeps on coming.

After his arrest Tuesday in Florida for criminal contempt of court, pornographer Joe Francis has just been indicted today for tax evasion. Francis, who made a fortune out of videotaping girls going wild, allegedly got really greedy and deducted over $20 million in non-existent business expenses.

From ABC News:

A federal grand jury in Reno, Nev., returned the indictment against Francis for allegedly using offshore bank accounts to conceal his earnings in 2002 and 2003. Francis is believed to make more than $25 million a year from the videos.

According to the Justice Department, in addition to deducting $20 million in fraudulent business expenses, Francis allegedly transferred more than $15 million from a U.S.- based brokerage account to Rothwell Ltd., a Cayman Islands corporation that was established by Francis.

By the looks of it, the arrogant prick is screwed. Big time. He could spend up to a decade in jail and pay half a million bucks in fines if and when he gets convicted of these tax charges. The fines he can afford, but the jail time? Now that really sucks. And the more it sucks for Francis, the better for everyone.

He has taken advantage of countless Girls Gone Wild for a long time, and now it could be his turn to be the girl gone wild of hundreds of hardened and sex-starved inmates. Boy, that’s gotta hurt.

  1. It’s Official: Joe Francis Is An Idiot Says:

[…] As if the other charges he’s facing are not enough, the pornographer gave authorities another reason to keep him in jail longer. He has just been charged with bribing a jailguard for a bottle of water. And to make things more interesting, a subsequent search of his cell yielded a stash of prescription sleeping pills. […]

  2. Francis In Chains Says:

[…] Anyway, the pornographer pleaded guilty to one count of criminal contempt, and, according to People, was sentenced to 35 days in jail. Life without parole would have sounded better, but never mind that. He’ll still be facing tax evasion charges in Reno, and that’s when the fun really begins. […]

  3. Joe Francis Getting More Screwed By The Day Says:

[…] Francis is my hero because once again, he’s brightened up my day. Imagine the joy he’ll bring me and millions of other people out there when he finally gets convicted for this rap as well as the tax evasion case he’s facing in Las Vegas. He better shore up his salad-tossing skills at the Florida jail he’s at, so that he and his bunghole will be ready for the really big boys at whatever max security prison he’ll be dumped in. […]
