TMZ has obtained a copy of the full L.A. County Coroner’s report in the death of Michael Jackson, which until now was under seal.

The document clearly states that Propofol was the cause of death and the manner of death was homicide. The conclusion is based on the following for things:

1. Circumstances indicate the Propofol and the benzodiazepines were administered by another.

2. Propofol was administered in a non-hospital setting without any appropriate medical indication.

3. The standard of care for administering Propofol was not met. Recommended equipment for patient monitoring, precision dosing and resuscitation was not present.

4. The circumstances do not support self-administration of Propofol.

Dr. Conrad Murray will surrender today and face charges of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson.

Brittany Murphy’s death from pneumonia and drug intoxication surprised just about no one, except her husband Simon Monjack, who should have known more than anyone else about her condition.  He expressed shock after learning the findings of the LA Coroner’s office autopsy report, saying:

“Everything [surprised me and Brittany’s mom about the report]. I expected [the cause of death] to be her heart. She wasn’t coughing up. I’ve had pneumonia and coughed up handfuls of spittle. So yeah, everything surprised us, everything.”

Of course, when asked about the coroner’s claim that her death was completely preventable if she had properly seen a doctor, Monjack said:

“I don’t know what he said so I don’t want to comment on what I haven’t seen. Case closed, as the coroner said, there’s no foul play.”

Lindsay Lohan’s ex girlfriend Sam Ronson, was DJing at Crown Bar in LA when Lindsay turned up around 11 pm and she was in the mood for trouble! An eyewitness explains:

“Lindsay was drinking straight out of a bottle of vodka and I saw her take an orange prescription bottle out of her bag and pop a couple of pills that she said were Adderal, she even offered some of the pills to a friend that was with her. Lindsay was trying to get Sam’s attention, but she was working and studiously ignored Lindsay. You could see Lindsay getting more and more worked up the more Sam didn’t pay her any attention. At one point Lindsay was dirty dancing with this really pretty girl right in front of Sam, obviously to try and make her jealous. Sam just got sick of it all in the end though and started taunting Lindsay about her being all drunk and messed up. She said to Lindsay, “Why don’t you just have another drink?” and even told her, “You’re a disgrace”. That made Lindsay just totally flip out on Sam. She picked up a drink and threw it straight in her face! Sam was absolutely furious and picked up some DJ equipment  that was by her and threw that at Lindsay. It was crazy! Lindsay’s friend grabbed her and pulled her away before things got even worse, she was losing control. It took her ages to calm down and she was going off about Sam for ages. Lindsay just has absolutely no self control when it comes to Sam. She obviously still has feelings for her and she’s totally not over her. It’s a completely toxic situation.”

WTF!!

Lindsay should know by now that drinking and taking pills will not equal anything good. She completely trashed her career and now she is burning bridges.

The L.A. County Coroner says Diabetic Ketoacidosis is what killed Casey Johnson. Diabetic Ketoacidosis is a technical term for lack of insulin, which often leads to a diabetic coma.

The Coroner’s findings clearly show that Casey was not taking her insulin shots, was not exercising, did not follow her strict diet and was not taking other medicines she needed. The manner of death was listed as “natural”.

Casey obviously did not take being a diabetic seriously. She was hospitalized for diabetic comas at least twice before her death.

She clearly had warning signs as to what could happen if she did not take care of herself but she chose not to listen.

She paid the ultimate price with life.

Brittany Murphy’s cause of death has been determined as an accidental death caused by community acquired pneumonia, iron deficiency anemia, and multiple drug intoxication.

As for the multiple drugs found in her system, both were prescription, including medicine for cramps, and over-the-counter medications, including cough syrup. Sources say the drugs pushed her over the line but the underlying problems were the pneumonia and anemia.

L.A. County Coroner officials believe Brittany’s condition was treatable, but no one took her to the hospital in time.

In other words it could have been prevented.

I guess we all have learned a valuable lesson…

When you feel sick, go to the doctor. It’s that simple.

 

Ne-Yo will be donating all proceeds from his new single Heroes to the non profit organization Respect! This organization aims towards ending domestic violence and promoting respect in relationships.

Ne-Yo made an example of the most recent public abuse case between Rihanna and Chris Brown by stating:

“What happened between Chris Brown and Rihanna was unacceptable, and we need to all work together and make sure it never happens again, to anyone,”

 

John Mayer donated his song The Heart of Life to the American Red Cross for their PSA’s for Haiti relief efforts, and then $500,000 to support the cause.

Companies that have celeb endorsers are taking out insurance based on the Tiger Woods scandal. Of course to protect themselves from potential losses.

Lawyer Brian Socolaw explains:

“Companies are saying if it could happen to Tiger Woods, it could happen to anyone. … For some companies, it’s a tremendous investment, and when it goes bad, it is not only the loss of investment, it’s a black eye for the company.”

These companies are also placing new morals causes into effect in the celebrities contracts that give them the right to terminate endorsement deals if the celebs get into any major trouble.
