A South African actress and a former Fashion model, Charlize Theron was first featured in “2 days in the Valley”. After being selected in a local competition, she traveled to Milan, Italy for a one year modeling contract. She even trained as a ballet dancer. Due to the knee injury she got at the age of 18, she couldn’t continue with her dancing career. She received an Academy Award for her role in the film “Monster”. She was listed at number 25 in Maxim magazine’s Hot 100 issue. She even received GLAAD’s Vanguard Award for increasing understanding towards lesbian, gay and bisexual people. She is also involved in Women’s Right Organization and also an active member of PETA.
