Jennifer Nettles
Jennifer Nettles is an American singer. She is the lead singer of the band ‘Sugarland’. During her childhood, she performed at school assemblies, Baptist church and regional theater.
Nettles, with Corry Jones formed the group Coal Miner’s Daughter. The group released two albums “The Sacred and Profane” and “Hallelujah”. She later formed Jennifer Nettle’s Band and produced three studio and two live albums. She and her band received the “Independent Musician of the Year” award. Her band Sugarland was nominated for the Grammies in the category of ‘Best New Artist’.
