Then a string of flops followed, effectively sidelining his acting career. Then in 1994, he made a comeback via the Quentin Tarantino film Pulp Fiction, earning an Academy Award nomination for his role as simple-minded hitman Vincent Vega. He has never looked back since then, and is still one of the biggest stars in Hollywood.
