Heather Locklear DUI Dismissal
Heather Locklear’s lawyer entered a plea of no contest to reckless driving charges on Friday to avoid DUI charges. Locklear was not present at the court hearing.
The former and possible future “Melrose Place” star was arrested on September 28 for driving under the influence of prescription drugs and was reportedly pulled over by police after she was observed “driving erratically” after leaving a parking lot.
No alcohol or illegal narcotics were in Heather Locklear’s system but the D.A. reported high amounts of prescription medication following a blood test.
