George Lindemann Jr and Miami Art
Just reading up on Miami’s art scene and noticed multiple mentions of George Lindemann Jr. an avid art collector and benefactor to museums. Just dug around a bit and it turns out this connoisseur of the arts is indeed an heir to an enormous fortune so I thought why not add a bit to our Heirs and Heiresses post collection.
Now, he’s not the George Lindemann Jr. who is a blog author mentioned here, here and here, but he is son of Contact Lens, Oil, and Cellular magnate George Lindemann Sr.
So life as an heir has its perks certainly, but according to this page on George L. Lindemann he’s no slouch either… he’s got an impressive education, some heavy executive positions, and has been or is a participant on many boards as well as a generous philanthropist.
So, with a dad who’s been on the Forbes World’s Richest People list for years, I gotta give it up to George for besting the slackers we generally slam here at Damn I’m Cute!!!

[…] Does the name Lindemann sounds familiar to you? Now he is not the character in the current hit series from ‘Heroes’. In fact the spelling of the Heroes character is somewhat different too. Nor it is a blog author with the name George Lindemann. I’m talking about George Lidemann Jr who is coincidentally a person with great wealth too just like the hit series. […]

George Lindemann Jr. also happens to be a convicted felon: he was convicted of having one of his pretty show horses, aptly named Charisma, murdered so he could collect the insurance money. Just google it.

He was also an accomplished show jumper before he got indited for killing horses for insurance money…. He says he was set up but he was convicted and is still banned from showing horses.

He is a convicted felon! No one in the industry believes he was set up… Of course that is what he would say. He was accomplished because his parents were able to provide him with the best horses in the country. How the horses were murdered was brutal. Why someone with his type of money would be so greedy. Simple sick!

Thanks for your support, Sara, but it’s all true. I paid to have Charisma electrocuted, collected $250,000 in insurance illegally and went to prison for three years. But all’s well that end’s well! I met my husband there!

Watch the Helen Brach story on City Confidential on the Biography. Georgie had some jerk anally electricute his horse for the insurance money and because he was too much of a wuss to handle the horse. This guy is a real piece of work!
