Kim Kardashian Sues Vivid Over Sex Tape

The Kim Kardashian sex tape charade continues.
Access Hollywood is reporting that Kim has made good on her promise to go to court over the tape, filing a lawsuit against the adult entertainment company which is set to release “Kim Kardashian Superstar” on February 28.
She filed the suit against Vivid Entertainment, asking for unspecified damages, attorney fees and a restraining order, which would prevent the company from releasing the tape public.
In the court papers filed today in Los Angeles, Kardashian says that she and Ray J (whose real name is Willy Ray Norwood Jr.) had been “dating exclusively for several years, videotaped themselves while engaging in sexual relations with each other, with the express understanding and agreement that the videotape was for their own personal enjoyment” and that Kim never intended the video “of her most intimate acts to be made a product of commercial exploitation and mass public distribution.”[Source]
Whatever, anyone who believes Kim really wants to stop the tape from being released ought to have their heads checked. She totally released that tape herself, and all this noise is just what it is. Noise. More publicity to ensure the release of the tape next week will be a smashing success.
But Kim better not overdo it. The judge handling her case might just get suckered into issuing a restraining order, and it’s bye-bye, huge profits and TV gigs.
Honestly, what’s more bothering is the fact that Kim referred to herself in her lawsuit as “a television host, model, stylist, celebrity, and successful fashion retailer”. Are anyone even remotely connected with Paris Hilton this delusional?
