La Lohan Misunderstands Title of Gabriel Garcia Marquez’s Book
Lindsay Lohan has come out and made an “announcement” that she is thinking about taking a year off to…God only knows what. Lindsay told Virgin.net:
“I might take a vacation - take a year off. I want to travel and learn more about other cultures. The more I’ve grown up, the more I want to do that.”
She is so deep and in touch with herself, which if I weren’t kidding I might totally respect. Peeps, it’s not like La Lohan is 47 and hasn’t seen the world – she’s 20. She can’t even legally drink in her own country, and she feels deprived that she hasn’t seen the world yet. Also, in what reality is the phrase “I might take a vacation” followed by “take a year off.” I’m going to put in a notice with my boss that I follow the Church of Lindsay and she says that all vacations must last one year. Anyhoo, I don’t know what I’d do with a year without Linds…although I have a sneaky weaky feeling she won’t really be going anywhere…except, like, every five star pool around the globe. And when that happens, I know I’ll still get my fill. [Source]

Hi, just dropping by to say that until I can distinguish a vacation (common folk take those)from a sabatical i’m just going to do a little soul searching while showing up late to whatever, whenever, wherever.
