Sooooo, Larry Birkhead and Anna-Nicole star in The Lawsuit, Part 2. Birkhead is suing Anna again, this time citing fraud. Fraud being the fact that the name of the father on Dannielynn’s birth certificate is a man who not only wasn’t having sex with Anna-Nicole when she conceived, he most likely wasn’t ever having sex with Anna-Nicole. Birkhead is all blah blah blah I want my daughter blah blah blah I have faith in the legal system blah blah blah I will have justice. Yahoo! News says:
In the new lawsuit, Birkhead alleges Smith provided fraudulent information when applying for her daughter’s birth certificate in the Bahamas. Smith identified her lawyer, Howard K. Stern, as the father. The lawsuit asks that Stern’s name be deleted from the girl’s birth certificate and replaced with Birkhead’s. “I am the father of Dannielynn and I think this is … a crime,” Birkhead said outside court Thursday. “I expect to be reunited with my daughter with the help of my attorneys.” A hearing in the paternity lawsuit scheduled for Thursday was delayed until early next week. “It will be up to this government entity to pursue any criminal investigation against either Anna Nicole Smith and or Howard K. Stern,” Opri said.
Seriously, this just keeps getting better and better and better. The saddest part of this whole tale is there is an infant involved, and we hope she ends up with the person who will care for her the best – so…basically, no one that is currently involved. [Source]
