I know it’s hard, but you don’t have to dump all of your feelings on her right away, give her time to remember why she went out with you in the first place. Show her how you’ve grown and changed since last time. Fix whatever it was that caused the trouble and show her that it won’t be a problem again.

This Spencer guy is a DOUCHE! and Heidi is a total BITCH! Why do people watch their stupid show? I cant even stand to watch a whole segment. Stupid people make me sad. If only Speidi had a brain.
