This Has to Be Photoshopping, but…
Apparently Britney Spears took off her underpants and wore a mini-skirt on the same night she was photographed wearing panties and a mini-skirt. If you ask my opinion, someone went in, did a little Photoshop magic, made her white panties look “skin colored,” and voila, Britney sans undies. Of course, there is always the chance she forgot her underwear. I just never know with these starlets…[Source]
