Alec Rushed to the Hospital, But It Was A False Alarm…So They Say

was rushed to the hospital after being found unresponsive by his 14 year old daughter,

star was released an hour later and the situation was deemed a misunderstanding. The actor’s rep Matthew Hiltzik released the following statement:
Sounds to me like Alec has got himself a bit of a alcohol or drug problem.“This was a misunderstanding on one person’s part. Alec was quickly released from the hospital, he’s completely fine and will be at work today. If there was a real problem, he wouldn’t have been released within an hour.”
I wouldn’t be surprise.
