Anna Nicole Scared of Baby’s DNA Test?
Is Anna Nicole Smith hiding something?
With all her proclaiming to high heavens that she’s got nothing to hide, it’s quite odd to learn that the former Playboy Playmate’s lawyers are trying to move heaven and Earth to stop the DNA test meant to establish the real daddy of her baby Daniellyn, scheduled for tomorrow.
From TMZ:
Sources tell TMZ that Smith’s lawyers are now arguing that the order requiring the test was never brought before a Bahamian judge. A Los Angeles Superior Court judge ordered the test, but Smith’s lawyers now say it’s not binding until a Bahamian judge gives it a stamp of approval.
And it gets odder. Anna Nicole’s lawyers are also arguing that since the technicians of the United States DNA lab hired by Larry Birkhead don’t have work permits in the Bahamas, they therefore cannot do the test legally.
Wouldn’t it be funny if the DNA test reveals that neither Birkhead nor lawyer Howard K. Stern, the man Nicole insists is her baby’s real father, is Daniellyn’s real dad? Now that is one hell of a reason for Anna Nicole to fight the test as furiously as she does, don’t you think?
