Anne Heche Loses Custody of Homer…D’OH!
Anne Heche has lost primary physical custody of her 5-year-old son Homer in a court battle with her estranged husband Coley Laffoon.
The judge awarded Laffoon custody of their child and an unspecified amount of child support
Laffoon demanded custody of Homer claiming his estranged wife had shown “bizarre and delusional behavior” and had “poor parenting skills.”
TMZ.com sources say “the judge ruled that the child must reside in Los Angeles. When Anne is in town, physical custody is split 50/50. When she is not in town — beginning in August, she goes back to Vancouver to shoot her TV show, “Men in Trees” — the child will live full-time with Coley and Anne will get visitation every other weekend.”

She always seemed to me,more interested in her career and fame than anything else. I don’t buy the whole thing with Ellen, and I think she is still pretty unstable… Maybe that’s the trick! Play crazy and get attention while not being fit for responsibilities other than her career!
