Boy George Sentenced to 15 Months in Jail
Former Culture Club frontman Boy George was sentenced to 15 months in jail after he was convicted for falsely imprisoning a male escort, reports the
AP
.
Norwegian escort Audun Carlsent told a trial in 2007 that he was handcuffed to a wall hook at Boy George’s London apartment.
Prosecutors said that Carlsen was held prisioner for under an hour (George would have had to pay more for the 2nd hour) but the singer has denied the charges.
