Charlie Agrees To Two More Years Of Men
Although it was reported that
Charlie Sheen
would not renew his contract for
Two and
a Half Men
, he has surprised us all! The TV star has signed on for two more years.
And they’re paying him the big $$$$$!
“Charlie is very happy,” claims a source close to negotiations.
Sheen originally wanted $2 million per episode. Warner Bros. countered with less than half that amount, but it’s been said that the company added a considerable amount to their first offer.
Charlie released the following statement:
“To put a fitting end on the two-and-one-half months of whirlwind speculation, I’m looking forward to returning to my CBS home on Monday nights. I want to thank Les Moonves for his support.”He’s exactly what Monday nights need! Ha!
