The massive boobs are the result of the already massive boob job. As we mums know, right after having baby our boobs become engorged, hard and HUGE. I read on a reputable site re boob jobs and breastfeeding that it is still possible to breastfeed after a boob job if the implants are placed under the muscle and breast tissue is not damaged. The downside is engorgement after giving birth is worsened because it is on top of the implant. I am no doctor, but it could explain her massive size. It must be as uncomfortable as hell, and looks ridiculous on her tiny frame. As for the baby, imagine that coming at you!!!!!!
