Cops Arrest Scott Weiland’s Wife For Wardrobe Arson
Now this is one hot way of pissing your husband off.
Just a few hours after Velvet Revolver vocalist Scott Weiland and his wife Mary trashed a hotel room in Burbank during a fight, the latter was arrested this weekend after setting fire to the singer’s $10,000 wardrobe in front of their Toluca Lake home.
According to police, 31-year-old Mary Weiland was booked for investigation of felony arson vandalism after cops responded to a “female burning clothes” call late Saturday evening.
The couple’s two kids were placed in the custody of family friends.
Weiland was booked at a Burbank police station just after midnight Sunday morning and was released after posting $50,000 bail three hours later. [Source]
Damn, Scott must have done something really shitty to set her off like that. I mean, with all the damage they caused in their hotel room during their “bloody” fight, I couldn’t help but think of super-powered Japanese cartoon characters fighting and slamming each other into walls and destroying entire buildings in the process.
Or, Mary Weiland could be just one screwed-up bitch. Either way, their kids are screwed, and will probably spend their adult lives jumping from one shrink to another.
