Father of Madonna’s Malawian Child Does Not Understand the Concept of an Orphanage
The father of David “a.k.a. Madonna’s Malawian Son” didn’t think he would necessarily have to give his child up for adoption when he put him in an orphanage. Reuters interviewed Yohane Banda (the fadduh) and was told that he put David in the orphanage after the death of his wife because he was afraid the boy had Malaria, which killed his two other sons. Banda says:
“I suppose deep in my heart I always imagined that when he was better, or I had got another wife, I would go and take him back…I did not think anyone would want to take him away.”
I’m still trying to figure out if this guy put the kid in the orphanage initially to protect himself against the so-called malaria or if he did it thinking it would be best for David. Yohane also told press that he believed Madonna to be a good Christian. On what effing planet is Madonna a good Christian? Either way, I hope that everything goes smoothly with this adoption, with getting him out of Malawi, with whatever – clearly this kid will be better off with Madge & Crew. [Source]
