Halle Berry Never Getting Hitched Again
Apparently, Halle Berry has no plans of sharing her wealth to anyone, ever again.
The gorgeous 40-year-old Oscar winner declares in the April issue of InStyle Magazine that there will be no more marriages for her, after failing twice.
“I will never, never get married again,” the Oscar winner, 40, says in the April issue of InStyle.
“Actually it’s just that now I’ve come to a place where I think two people can share their lives without the ring, without the piece of paper.”
That means there’s no way for her current boyfriend, model Gabriel Aubry, to get his hands on Berry’s millions. Smart move, girl.
But while Halle slammed the door on marriage, the actress still wants kids.
Berry, who has said she wants to adopt, tells the magazine: “I definitely want children. Very much.”
And when she does become a mother, she hopes to pass on some important values.
“I want my kids to realize it’s only through hard work that any success or real joy comes,” she says. “It’s not about money; it’s the intangible rewards – having integrity and doing what you say you’re going to do.”
Boy, is Halle in an inspirational mood lately. Last week she shared some lessons abour her life as a homeless person, and now she’s thinking about spouting wisdom in the direction of the kids she’s planning to have. Let’s just hope that she makes her own kid/s herself. Adoption for her seems like a damn waste of really good genes.
