HBO. Does. Care. About. Black. People.
Grammy winning rapper, Kanye West, whose head has grown to the size of a small country during the small time he’s been famous (but it no doubt began expanding long before then), is developing an HBO series with Borat and Curb Your Enthusiasm producer Larry Charles. The untitled show will “focus on West’s day-to-day life as a chart-topping producer/rapper.” So I’m guessing the cameras will follow Kanye to the barber while he gets the Fendi logo shaved into his head or to the MTV Europe awards when he drunkenly rushes the stage and asserts his superiority over the winner of the award for which he was nominated. Sounds like a thrill a minute. [Source]
