are suing the pants off The National Enquirer for publishing an article in its U.S. and international editions that claims the couple was involved in a drug scandal.
On top of a six-figure settlement, they are also asking for an apology and a retraction of the story, which said they were “caught up in a heroin scandal” and then tied the whole thing up with a picture of Anthony standing next to a photographer named
Michael Star
, a man charged in the U.S. with heroin possession and child pr0n.
However the story went, whether the tabloid said Marc Anthony uses or deals, I wouldn’t really blame them. I mean, just take one look at him and tell me you won’t dial 911 when you see him standing on the sidewalk in front of your apartment. He may not be a user or a dealer, but he sure as hell looks like one.
