DUH DUH DUH JESSICA SIMPSON DUH
So, Jessica Simpson and John Mayer may be a couple or they may not be a couple. Either way, we know who the smart one here is…and it’s not Jessica. Rumor has it, and by rumor I mean I’m pretty sure it’s true, that John isn’t much of a talker when it comes to his new lady friend. And by that I mean he doesn’t mention her at all…probably because he is threatened by her geniusosity.
“Jessica didn’t come up once in conversation,” John’s dad, Richard, tells In Touch exclusively.
Uh, yeah. I’m sure he’s real proud of this one. If I were Jessica I might wonder why he doesn’t want to talk about me or dating me or even being seen with me. Then I’d forget I was thinking about that and wonder how to dye my dog’s hair pink. [Source]

I think with all the merrygo round partner swapping that goes on in hollywood, i think its a good idea that you don’t mention your personal life. Maybe after 1 year you make be able to mention her name.
