Judge rules: Don’t sell da crib 50
50 Centhas got to resolve his fight with his baby mama Shaniqua Tompkins before he sells his burnt down $2 million crib in Long Island.
The Long Island house was burnt down by an unknown cause about a month ago. The judge ordered the rusty rapper to put any insurance money he gets from his house in a trust account. We all know he will probably use this money to buy some whips and ghats. Shaniqua played it safe by
only
accusing 50 of “breaking a promise”. The promise was that 50 would give her and his son Marquise a house. 50 tried to evict them but she didn’t leave. You would think she would jump to the conclusion that the house was torched because she didn’t leave. But she never went that far.
My money’s on G-Unit for torching the house. I guess we will have to wait to see how this unrolls.

I think thats pretty bold if it was true, to burn down the house because someone didn’t move out. That could actually lead to jail time/ conspiracy to defraud in the case of the insurance company etc.. 50 should just have gotten her a house, didnt matter where, just some crappy place to live in. Thats all he promised. More money, more problems.

Another thought, evict her and change the locks. Then get her a condo, have her pay the maintaince fee.
