I'm pretty sure the government will take it out of his paychecks for you, you'll need a court order though. Even if he leaves the state with the military, they will know exactly where he is. Your lawyer will be able to help with what channels need to be followed to get the money withdrawn from his checks. (Which they do no matter what your job is.) The whole army thing will probably help you get your money because he can't hide his income in anyway and he can't hide where he's living from the courts.
