Katie Holmes is burning through Tom’s cash
Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have spent almost $14 million since moving to New York City six months ago. The couple moved to the Big Apple as Katie prepared to make her Broadway debut in Arthur Miller’s All My Sons.
Most of the cash went towards buying three apartments in the block where they are staying.
Holmes has seen been called “Manhattan’s Most Valued Shopper” by The New York Post. “She has been valiantly doing her bit to boost our economy,” the paper said.
Katie spent an estimated $7,315 on dinner tabs at top restaurants like Balthazar and Nobu; she’s also reportedly spent more than $17,000 on clothes for herself and her toddler Suri, and $13,987 on child care.

Considering that he earns upwards of $50 MILLION per movie (depending on the movie’s box-office performance), a mere $14 Million is a drop in the proverbial bucket.
I say more power to her. She most likely has to go through annoying artificial insemination procedures to produce Tom’s spawn, so let her have some fun with his money…

She’s a smart girl! She barely has her own money, so why not spend the suckers money while their marriage last. She probably only has a couple more years before it’s over, so have fun while you can!! lol
