Lindsay Lohan mistaken for Courtney Love
Lindsay Lohan was having lunch at a restaurant in Los Angeles when some fans started screaming, “Courtney! Courtney!”
According to a source, fans mistook Lohan for Courtney Love.
“She was also looking extremely pale. You know things are going downhill when you get mistaken for an ex-druggie plastic surgery disaster who’s twice your age!”
