Mariah Carey Regrets Getting Hitched With Mottola
We all know that Mariah Carey wasn’t all too happy in the four years that she was married to then-Sony Music boss Tommy Mottola, but in a recent interview with Hello! Magazine, the singer expressed regrets doing the whole wedding thing in the first place.
Mariah said that if she could go back in time, she wouldn’t marry Mottola. She didn’t say exactly why, but she has revealed over the years that she had felt trapped in her marriage to Mottola, who she said is a “controlling” kind of person.
Luckily, she made up her mind to dump Mottola, and celebrated her new-found “freedom” by putting on the sluttiest outfits she could think of in her videos and shows, and showed her contempt for old man meat by getting it on with much younger guys like Derek Jeter and Eminem.
Mottola made her a star, and she obviously hates the guy. I wonder what Mottola’s current wife Thalia, who is nowhere near becoming a star in the U.S., thinks of him right now.
