Mel Gibson’s Baby Momma Filed A Restraining Order First!
Earlier we reported that
Mel Gibson
had filed a temporary restraining order against baby momma
Oksana Grigorieva
. However sources are saying that Oksana was actually the first one to file the order, claiming that Mel had gotten physical with her.
Earlier this week, Oksana’s lawyers had set up an emergency hearing with family law court stating that Mel had gotten “extremely violent.” The judge issued a restraining order banning Mel from having any contact with her.
Mel THEN filed a restraining order against Oksana, but only to prohibit her from releasing any information about the case.
A source close to Mel is saying that the allegations are false, saying that she still traveled all over the world with him after the reported incident, but “in these cases, when somebody cries wolf, the judge is mandated to assume there’s a wolf, until a full hearing can be held.”
So much drama between these two!
And if Mel did hit her, he deserves to be behind bars!!!
