Michael J. Fox Responds Rush Limbaugh
Michael J. Fox went on Katie Couric’s show to respond to Rush Limbaugh’s intimation that he either exaggerated his Parkinson’s tremors in a recent political ad or had stopped taking his meds so that his tremors would appear worse. MJF said:
“The irony is that I was too medicated. I was dyskinesic…Because the thing about … being symptomatic is that it’s not comfortable. No one wants to be symptomatic; it’s like being hit with a hammer…At this point now, if I didn’t take medication I wouldn’t be able to speak.”
Well, if Rushy Pants wasn’t enough of a jackass before, he’s certainly earned himself the jackass award now. My heart is with you MJF! [Source]
