Maybe yoú’re looking quite allright but I think you are a fragile person. Just start eating “no fat” products any more, even a little cookie and cream in cofee is not done. On the other hand, you can eat quite alot of the healthy food. You simply don’t look healthy in your face. Your looks are Grey and Somber. I’m sure you’re not as happy as how it’s meant to be!!

I forget the most crucial pert of looking and feeling “Healthy”. Try to drink ONE gallon of water a day. Yeah Okay, I will confirm it: ONE GALLON OF WATER PER DAY!!
