I think that she was trying to imitate her older sister because she admires her. She wasn’t thinking about the sexual conotation behind it. I used to do provocative dances my sister taught me because I thought it was cute. I had no idea what it meant. It could have been the hoe down throw down dance, its the fact that she wanted to copy her sister and get attention. CHILL OUT PEOPLE.

Miley is 17 years old turning 18 in a few months she’s not going to be acting like a 14 year old girl which might I say are having sex already so stop complaining.
