Natalie Cole has Hepatitis C
This is very unfortunate news for the talented singer Natalie Cole.
She has been diagnosed with Hepatits C, it is a liver siease that is spread through contact with infected blood.
There is a big possibility that she contracted the disease because of drugs use that happened many years ago. Natalie did release a statement:
“I am committed to my belief in myself and in my abiding faith to meet this challenge with a heartfelt optimism and determination. This is how I intend to deal with this current challenge in my life.”
She has been taking meds and the virus is coming up as negative. We can only wish her the best of luck.
