Neighbors to Lohan: KEEP OUT!
Lindsay Lohan’s old neighbors at the Sierra Towers in West Hollywood don’t want her living there again.
Lohan was arrested for driving under the influence twice while living in that complex. She angered residents by throwing late night parties and flooding ex-boyfriend Harry Morton’s condominium.
A neighbor told PageSix: “She was a disgrace when she lived here, no respect for the other tenants. I’d be leaving for work early in the morning and I would see her staggering in drunk.”

I think Lindsay needs a fashion overhaul; especially with her hair. All the celebrities are into the lace wigs and that’s where I got mine at myhair24-7. Now my hair is fierce!
