Nicole Richie challenges drug test
We finally know Nicole Richie’s defense for her DUI case: the drug tests were wrong!
According to a declaration filed by her attorney: “Dr. Terence McGee as a defense expert … will challenge the prosecutor’s scientific evidence and the conclusions reached by the drug recognition expert.”
The mother-to-be will grasp at anything to stay out of prison.
