The dirt is still fresh on the grave of the barely legal relationship of Hillary Duff and Good Charlotte’s Joel Madden, and he’s already moved onto greener, bonier pastures. The latest Us Weekly reports that the Madden and Nicole Richie have secretly been dating (and eating together!!!) for weeks.
