I see this was posted back when she was 17, although she’s 20 now. 18 is the legal drinking age in England, where she lives (not 16 like someone said, and not 21 like the USA), and in fact it’s 18 in most countries around the world. In some it’s lower.

The beer is Corona, which is Mexican, you see it everywhere in the US, but I haven’t seen it England. Maybe you could get it there, but we don’t even know what country she was in when the picture was taken.

I don’t think she is even drinking out of that bottle anyway.
