The divorce is not over!!
Kevin Federline is reportedly refusing to sign their divorce papers while the Britney Spears continues to party. He will not finalize the divorce because he is concerned about the well-being of their two young sons, Sean Preston, 21 months; and Jayden James, 10 months.

Even though they had reached a joint custody agreement, Federline is still concerned with Britney’s behavior and is seeking a revision to the document.
