He reportedly slashed his wrists and took a bunch of pills because he was devastated when he saw pictures of Kate with her new boyfriend,

Witnesses say an unconscious Owen was taken out of his home on a stretcher with bandages on his wrists.
Owen and Kate broke up over the summer after constantly arguing about Owen’s wild behavior.
