Paris May Be Sent Back to Jail
The Los Angeles City Attorney has asked the judge who sentenced Paris Hilton to send her back to jail.
The Sheriff’s Department released Paris from the prison yesterday and ‘reassigned’ her to house arrest for the next 40 days due to unspecified “medical reasons”. This travesty angered the judge in the case who has ordered the Sheriff’s Department to pick her up and bring her to the L.A. Superior Court this morning.
Further aggravating the judge, the Sheriff’s Department requested that Paris be allowed to phone in instead of physically appearing in court. The judge refused and demanded she appear.
