PR Stunts Gone Bad: Vince Caught Cheating on Jen Even Though They Broke Up
Vince Vaughn is suing two British newspapers for claiming that he cheated on JenAn. Shocker – his UK lawyers made a statement (the shocker isn’t that a statement was made, it’s that VV has UK lawyers – of anyone I can think of, when I think, “wow I need some UK lawyers,” VV doesn’t come to mind) that says:
“Ms. Aniston and Mr. Vaughn had not ended their relationship either at the material time or since. … The suggestion that he was having a passionate embrace and kiss, or has ever been unfaithful to Ms. Aniston, are false.”
Problem with all these shenanigans is that I firmly believe they have broken up. They’re dunzo. Finito. So when VV started dating again, and les cameras caught him in the act, now it looks like he’s a cheater because “the world” still thinks he’s with Jenny from the BU (now Bev Hills). PR tricks gone awry – I love it. I live for it. [Source]
