Numa Numa is not the name. Its Dragostea din tei. And while it may be just some song to you. It is actually a song to the Romanian people.

Both Dragostea Din Tei aka Numa Numa and Livin’ Your Life are songs about “something”. However, the factor still remains that the song Livin’ Your Life IS still a cover song of Numa Numa, musically and vocally. The main difference being the lyrics (which are original), and the artists singing the actual track.

I only partially agree with the poster in the sense that, it does get aggrivating to see an artist, several times, use musical material from other popular tracks that ARE the originals. However, I disagree that rihanna is unoriginal.

So… CLEARLY you never heard of a concept called sampling? A LOT of artists do it from freaking Celine Dion to Kanye West to Will Smith. people make remakes all the time. and to call one artist out mean that u MUST be a hater… if u don’t like a song or an artist common sense says don’t listen to their music… uh- DUH! and a side note… if Rihanna wrote her own songs i might try to understand ur frustration… but she doesn’t
