Rosie O’Donnell Thinkin’ She Shouldn’t Be So Quick to Call People Homophobic
Funny how Rosie O’Donnell so easily forgives herself for insulting a nation of 1.3 billion people, yet immediately gets on the case of any fat actress who may be fudging her weight or bubbly talk show hosts who don’t want closeted, unattractive singers to touch their lips (because of flu season, of course). Maybe Rosie (or Barbara Walters) noticed this hint of hypocrisy, which is why she apologized profusely on the View yesterday for her comments — she had no idea Chinese people would find “ching ching chong” offensive — but nearly promised that she would do something similar in the future.
