Hopping on the bandwagon of celebrity scent peddlers, Christina Aguilera is set to release her own perfume. Here’s a dizzying list of stars with signature scents:
Last year alone saw a boom in celebrity scents, with Mariah Carey, Gwen Stefani and the studio behind Desperate Housewives announcing plans to lend their own scentsibility to a crowded market that already includes Lopez (Glow by JLo, etc.), Simpson (Dessert), Sarah Jessica Parker (Lovely), Beyoncé (True Star), Sean “Diddy” Combs (Unforgivable), Celine Dion (Always Belong), Kylie Minogue (Darling), the Olsen twins (Coast to Coast, etc.), Britney Spears (Curious, Fantasy, In Control), Hilary Duff (With Love) and David and Victoria Beckham (Intimate Beckham).
It gives me a migraine just thinking about them. I trust Xtina to come with something glamorous, but when Eau de Firecrotch (cigarettes, strawberry quik and vodka?) comes out, I’m leaving the country. [Source]
