No More TRL For Vanessa Minnillo?
Apparently, MTV no longer has any TLC for the host of its TRL show, and vice versa.
According to Page Six, MTV wants Vanessa Minnillo out. It also said that Nick Lachey’s current squeeze also wants out of TRL and won’t be renewing her deal with MTV when it bites the dust in April. The feeling, in other words, is mutual. Waiting in the wings is Susie Castillo, who is reportedly taking her place.
Of course Vanessa wants out. She’s too big now, and there’s no way someone who became famous for helping herself to Jessica Simpson’s leftovers should continue hosting a show where she could end up deaf, thanks to the screaming idiots who populate the TRL studio.

Hey Vanessa, (another Vanessa here). I’m doing some research on our name and was wondering if you know any history behind it. Mine was from my great-grandmother, but she’s passed on now so I can’t ask her where it came from. Thanks!
